Capturing all those distinguishable characteristics that define who they, and we are is one of the most rewarding challenges as professional photographers. We refuse to settle just for the usual posed images.

Our team is based in Sydney’s inner west and we have become the trusted family photographers for clients from all over Sydney.
Our team is headed up by Paul Bates. With over 15 years experience Paul is a Master of Photography (AIPP) and has won both state and national 'Australian Institute of Professional Photography' (AIPP) awards.
"Since I was five (Just old enough to load film the correct way) I have had a passion for capturing life and places. Growing up I always particularly enjoyed the challenge of capturing the personality and character of the people around me.
But it was not until the arrival of my two beautiful girls (just a little biased!) that I began to see portraiture from a whole different perspective. Watching them on a day by day basis blossom from baby to little person, full of happiness (not all of the time!), innocence, spontaneity and resilience ignited a whole new level of passion and sensitivity to capturing my child and baby images.
As a father rather than just a photographer I truly appreciate how important it is to capture every stage of our kids growing up."
